Senior Staff Application

Apply to be a senior staff member! Positions include Chairs, Vice Chairs, Crisis Directors, and Assistant Crisis Directors. As a member of Senior Staff, you will be working directly with delegates, creating background guides, and running your committees. Descriptions of the positions can be found down below.

Media, Crisis, & Logistics Staff Application

This form includes the application for Media, Crisis, and our Logistics team. You are not required to apply for all three, but you are more than welcome to! The Media team is in charge of documenting the conference through photography, videography, and managing the social media! The Crisis Staffers work with crisis committees by assisting the Crisis Director with backroom procedure. Finally, the Logistics team works closely with the Secretariat and assists with running the day-to-day operations of the conference.

Staff Positions

CHAIR

Leads committee in room with debate and procedure; writes background guides—past MUN experience encouraged.

VICE CHAIR

Assists Chair with their duties; maintains records during committee sessions. No MUN experience required.

CRISIS DIRECTOR

Leads committee’s crisis arcs and crisis updates; writes character dossiers—past MUN experience required.

ASSISTANT CRISIS DIRECTOR

Assists the Crisis Director with their duties; provides help to crisis staff as needed. No MUN experience required.

CRISIS STAFFER

Participates in crisis updates and helps with crisis notes. Beginner friendly!

LOGISTICS STAFFER

Aids in the logistics of the conference. Beginner friendly!

MEDIA TEAM

Manages the photography, videography, and social media for the conference. Beginner friendly!
