This is a novice committee.

In 2017, Indonesian lawmakers introduced the idea to build a new capital city to replace the quickly-expanding Jakarta by 2045. With the intent to move the capital off the island of Java for both political and ecological reasons, the government quickly settled on a site on the island of Borneo to become the new capital. This site – 990 square miles in area – will have over $35 billion in investment poured into it as the city is developed, the government is relocated, and residents are welcomed. Delegates in this committee will help build the city from the ground up – literally – while the government navigates the economic and ecological tradeoffs of their incredible undertaking.
