Fees
The following are the delegation and delegate fees for BosMUN XI:

In addition, it will be possible to purchase t-shirts for your delegation during registration. If your delegates are at all interested in bringing home a souvenir from BosMUN XI, we strongly encourage you to select this option, as it will allow you to purchase t-shirts at $10 each (compared to the conference cost of $15 each) and will guarantee that your desired shirt sizes will be available.

Payments
During Early Registration (May 16-August 14)
- Payments must be received or postmarked by 30 days from date of registration.
- Schools will be charged a $50 late fee for payment received or postmarked more than 30 days from date of registration.
- If payment is not received or postmarked after 60 days from date of registration, the school will be presumed not to be attending; their account will be dropped. They may register again at a later date if they so choose.
During Regular Registration (August 15-November 20)
- Payments must be received or postmarked by 30 days from date of registration.
- Schools will be charged a $50 late fee for payment received or postmarked more than 30 days from date of registration.
- If payment is not received or postmarked after 45 days from date of registration, the school will be presumed not to be attending; their account will be dropped. They may register again at a later date if they so choose.
During Late Registration
- Payments must be received or postmarked by 14 days from date of registration, or January 6, whichever occurs first.
- Schools will be charged a $50 late fee for payment received or postmarked more than 14 days from date of registration.
- If payment is not received or postmarked after 21 days from date of registration, or January 6, whichever occurs first, the school will be presumed not to be attending; their account will be dropped.
Schools wishing to register after the late registration period will be handled on a case by case basis, and should contact sg@bosmun.org to express their interest.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED OR POSTMARKED BY JANUARY 6, 2012. After this date, the school will be presumed not to be attending; their account will be dropped.

Refunds
- The delegation fee and 25% of the total delegate fees are non-refundable.
- Thursday, December 1 is the refund deadline. After this date, no refunds will be permitted.
