Press Corps

The Press Corps is an integral part of BosMUN every year.  The delegates in the Press Corps represent reporters from major news agencies around the world.  They are responsible for keeping track of what happens throughout the weekend, reporting on the resolutions being passed and providing insight into the different debates going on.  They have the unique opportunity to interact with delegates from other committees and release breaking news. They attend press conferences, conduct interviews, and sometimes even get to sit in on important decisions. Delegates in the PC use Twitter to instantly release updates, as well as a blog where they get to write more substantial articles and contribute with their own observations and ideas.  They also get the chance to discuss some of the challenges of working with the media today. Once the debates have wrapped up, their work is compiled into a newspaper and distributed to all the participants of the conference.
