Committee Overview
BosMUN has always prided itself on its substantive program, offering committees with reasonable sizes to allow each delegate to fully participate in the conference. We offer the full spectrum of the Model UN experience, from our larger General Assemblies and Economic and Social Councils that demand diplomacy, public speaking, and writing skills, to our smaller Crisis Committees and Specialized Agencies that will draw on delegates’ creativity, adaptability, and quick thinking.
We are continuing to push the limits of a high school Model UN conference this year, offering 15 Crisis Committees and Specialized Agencies, including a Modern Joint Crisis Committee, a Historical Joint Crisis Committee, and a more integrated Non-Governmental Organization Forum and Press Corps. We also have several other exciting and innovative committees and topics, including a novice committee for first time delegates to gain experience.
Please note that full background guides will be made available by December 15, and mini-guides and other materials for each committee will be available in the near future.
If you have any questions about our substantive program, please contact our Under-Secretaries General at committees@bosmun.org or any other member of the secretariat.
